I know at one time or another I would answer “yes” to one or all of the above.

As a Florida homeowner one or more of these questions has fairly frequently crossed my mind. On the face of it all the managing agents I have met appear to be completely decent, above board, honest and genuine. However, at times my costs have/do escalate and its not always when I’ve had bookings and sometimes it does get me thinking?
